Warranty, Return, & Exchange Policy

1. Approval Period (New Instruments)

Customers purchasing new Iconic Guitars directly from Iconic Guitars are entitled to a 7-day approval period beginning on the date of delivery. During this period, the customer may return the instrument for exchange, in-house credit, or refund.

- Refunds will exclude outbound shipping charges if the purchase was originally shipped under a free-shipping promotion.
- All returns must be in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Custom and Special Orders

Custom-built instruments are manufactured to individual specifications and are therefore not eligible for refund. In the event that the instrument does not meet the customer’s satisfaction, Iconic Guitars may, at its sole discretion, apply credit toward a new build that reasonably addresses the customer’s needs without compromising the integrity of our process. In the event of defect or damage upon delivery, Iconic Guitars will provide repair, replacement, or another resolution at its sole discretion.

3. Pre-Owned, Demo and Artist Instruments

Pre-owned, demo or artist-issued instruments may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Such returns will be issued as exchange or in-house credit only.

4. Defective Instruments

If a manufacturing defect is identified:
- Within 14 days of delivery, Iconic Guitars will cover the cost of return shipping within the United States and will repair or replace the instrument.
- After this period, Iconic Guitars’ Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty applies to the original owner. Electronics and hardware are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping label by contacting Iconic Guitars.

- The RA number must be clearly displayed on the return shipping label, not on the product box or case.
- Instruments must be shipped in the original packaging, using the provided shipping label.
- Refunds or credits will be issued within 5 business days after inspection of the returned instrument.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return:

- Custom-built or bespoke guitars (with exceptions, see above)
- Artist signature/one-off models
- Clearance or discontinued products
- Installed pickups, electronics, or replacement parts
- Personal items (straps, cables, apparel, etc.) once opened or used
