The Iconic Guitars Community Just Got Closer
From the very beginning, our goal at Iconic Guitars has been simple: build instruments that inspire players, and build them in a way that connects people to music and to each other. Along the way, we have been fortunate to work with incredible dealers who have believed in us, shared our vision, and helped us earn the trust and respect of players all over the world. We wouldn’t be where we are today without them, and we’re deeply grateful for the role they’ve played in shaping Iconic’s reputation.
Here in the U.S., we’re excited to introduce a new chapter: Iconic Guitars is moving to a direct-to-customer model. At the same time, our international dealer partners will continue to serve their regions with the same dedication and care, and we’ll keep working to grow our presence abroad as part of the global Iconic community.
Why We’re Making This Move
This change comes from our desire to get closer to the people who inspire everything we do; the players. We’ve always said that Iconic is about community first, and by going direct here at home, we’re able to communicate more personally, more openly, and more frequently with the musicians who put our guitars to work.
For us, it’s not just about building guitars, it’s always been about building relationships. When you reach out to Iconic, you’re connecting directly with the team who designs, crafts, and cares for each instrument. That means more conversation, more collaboration, and a stronger sense of being part of the Iconic family.
How This Benefits the Community
One of the most exciting parts of this shift is that it allows us to bring even more value to our players. Because we’re working directly in the US, we will be able to lower our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) by 10% across every model we offer.
At a time when many companies are being forced to raise prices due to inflation and rising costs, we’re proud that this strategy allows us to go the other direction. Not only lowering pricing today, but also helping protect against future increases. It’s our way of making sure Iconic Guitars remain as accessible as possible without ever compromising the craftsmanship and attention to detail we’re known for.
And this isn’t just here in the U.S., this decision positively impacts our international guitar community as well. It’s a win we’re proud to share with everyone who has supported us, whether you’re just down the road or across the globe.
Beyond pricing, this move means more opportunities for us to share the stories behind the instruments, the design choices, the build process, the people and ideas that shape each model. It means creating a space where you can not only see what we’re working on, but also be a part of the conversation.
A Note of Thanks
We couldn’t make this move without acknowledging the dealers who helped get us here. Their belief in our guitars and their willingness to share them with players has been instrumental in building Iconic Guitars’ foundation. This next step isn’t a departure from what they’ve done for us, it’s an evolution of it, one that we hope continues to reflect the same spirit of partnership, trust, and respect.
To our players: Thank you for being part of this journey. We’re thrilled to share this new chapter with you, and we can’t wait to see where it leads.
So take a look around our new site, check out the guitars, and stay tuned for everything we have coming. We’ve always believed that Iconic is more than guitars, it’s about people, passion, and community. And with this new direction, that community just got a little closer.
