We created the Studio Series Iconic Drive as the evolution of our successful I-Scream Overdrive. While the pedals are related they’re not the same.
Continuing the tradition of making tools to be played, this pedal is built to last and sound great in any rig. It is no secret that the Iconic Drive is based on a on a famous green overdrive, loved by many guitar legends, and it is also a fact that the best two ways to use such pedal is either as a clean(ish) boost, to push other drives and front of amp, or on full tilt.
The Iconic Drive makes both a reality within a single pedal by using two “cascading stages” of gain. As with all Iconic Studio Series® pedals, the Iconic Drive is built in the USA to stringent standards and tolerances, ensuring that every single unit is as good as the next.
