Iconic Custom Guitars is now accepting trade-ins towards your next guitar. The following policy outlines the trade process so there are limited questions regarding what is acceptable to trade or not. If you do not see your particular gear listed, please do not hesitate to ask. I may know someone who is interested and/or be interested myself.
Please understand that it is my intention to help you get your dream guitar or bass by utilizing gear you already own while not having to deal with the headache of selling it yourself. In doing this, please note that I am now accepting the responsibility to sell your previously owned gear and there is time and cost that goes into that process. Please do not be discouraged if I cannot accept your trade item. It simply means I do not feel I have the resources to sell it and/or store it.
Iconic Custom Guitars is a family owned business that takes great pride in customer satisfaction. Every guitar sold is a piece of me and as such, you and every eventual owner are part of my extended family. I will do my best to ensure you are treated fairly and receive a reasonable offer for your trade-in(s). Each item is individually evaluated for overall condition, operation, set up, playability and cleanliness. The less recondition work that has to go into an item will make it a more valuable trade. The used market for an item primarily dictates what I am able to offer, but other factors, such as collectability and condition, will be taken into account in the appraisal. The following is a partial list of items accepted as trade-ins. Any gear not that is not specifically listed here, please call (760) 533-7110 or send me a message and I will be happy to discuss it with you.
