Below are Iconic Guitars Order Build Terms and Conditions of Sale. Upon entering into this agreement of sale for an Iconic Guitars build, these terms become binding upon the buyer:

1.) Once the “Guitar Order Form” is submitted, the final price will be determined. That form will be sent for your approval. Once approved, a 50% deposit will be required to start the build. The balance will be due once the order has been completed. Full payment will be required prior to shipping.

Once deposit is made, it will be considered your acceptance of the terms stated here.

Shipping is charged as follows: UPS is our preferred shipping partner. Shipping will be charged at the actual rate incurred and added to your invoice when your guitar is ready to ship. Faster service, including overnight, is available upon request, at buyer’s expense.
International Customers please note: Any additional fees including duties, VAT or any other charges related to international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser & are non-refundable. We will not undervalue or
“Gift” your instrument. All Shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

2.) Once a deposit is received and your build order is in our system, changes can be made for up to TWO (2) WEEKS (10 business days). You must contact us regarding any changes (color, aging level, accessories, etc.) to the original order. Those changes, including any change in price, must be documented in writing utilizing a revised Build Sheet. After the two-week period has passed, no further changes may be made and the deposit will not be refunded.

3.) Due to the exclusive nature of guitar builds, no approval is offered after completion. No cooling off period is offered once guitar is delivered. All guitar order sales are final, unless the instrument is found to be defective, in that case, the Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s warranty will be in effect. We will do our absolute best to ensure your instrument is everything you dreamed it would be.

4.) Iconic Guitars strives to ensure that your guitar or bass is built to the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship and meets or exceeds your expectations based on order specifications.

5.) All guitars and basses come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner.

6.) The time to complete a build from inception to completion is approximately ninety (90) to one-hundred eighty (180) days, unless otherwise specified. There can be exceptions to completion times based on build options, accessory availability or other factors beyond our control. Known exceptions will be addressed upon review and acceptance of this order. You will be notified of any exception to this timeline immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our sole mission.

Your payment of this invoice and subsequent deposit will render this contract valid between the parties, no signatures by either party are necessary.
